The Organizing Committee only provides an official “Abstract Acceptance Letter” to abstract submitters and registrations. Apart from this, participants apply for Visa transactions themselves.
More than 68 abstracts have been submitted to the conference to date. Due to popular demand, the
abstract submission deadline has been extended until November 30, 2024.
