• Participants who do not stay at the Grand Park Lara Hotel must pay an extra 35€ per day according to the hotel principle.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
• The entrance to the hotel is made as of 12:30. Rooms are given after 14:00.
• Open buffet lunch (12:30-14:00) on the check-in day and open buffet breakfast (07:00-10:00) on the check-out day are included in the price.
• All services received before 12:30 on the check-in day, lounge use, bar, restaurant and snack buffet etc. use-chargeable.
• In case of request for open buffet breakfast on the arrival day, 10 EURO per person is charged. Payment is made to the hotel in advance.
• On the day of departure, the rooms are delivered to the Hotel at 12:00 at the latest.
• All services received after 12:00 on the day of departure, lounge use, lunch, bar, restaurant and snack buffet etc. use-chargeable.
• If there is an open buffet lunch request on the day of departure, 12 EURO per person is charged. Payment is made to the hotel in advance.
• If there is an open buffet dinner request on the day of departure, 15 EURO per person is charged. Payment is made to the hotel in advance.
• 0.5 lt of water is provided free of charge, depending on the number of people, in the room/minibar. Extra requests/Room service will be charged extra.
EXTERNAL PARTICIPANTS DETAILS:
• In the case of an external participant, there is an extra charge of 30 EURO per person.
• Price includes 1 open buffet lunch and coffee break with cookies twice a day in the meeting room. (Valid between 09:00-17:00)
• For external participants, open buffet breakfast and open buffet dinner are charged extra.
